New Construction

Ground Up or Installation of new systems within existing facilities of any size. We provide both interior and underground on-site private fire main & hydrant installation.

Tenant Improvement

Installation, relocation and reworking existing sprinklers within tenant improvements and remodels: modifying, adding or raising/lowering existing fire sprinklers.

Retrofit

Providing retrofit capabilities within existing facilities occupied or unoccupied. We take special care of existing facilities to protect the occupant and contents if needed.

Pre-Action Systems

Installation of pre-action fire protection systems are most often installed within computer rooms, server rooms and/or climate-controlled areas. These areas of application are normally high-end technical occupancies with water-sensitive environments.

Dry Systems

Installation of dry fire protection systems are required in coolers, freezers and any areas internal or external where the environment is susceptible to cold and or freezing conditions.

Fire Pumps

Fire pumps installation are generally for high hazard occupancies which require greater water flow volume over and above what the city water supply can provide. They may also be required for system upgrades.

In-Rack Fire Sprinklers

In-rack fire sprinkler systems are specifically designed for the protection of racked storage in warehouses where higher hazard commodities are stored. In-rack fire sprinklers are used when ceiling sprinkler only is no longer adequate to protect the rack stored commodities. These are ideal to facilities that use large industrial shelving.

ESFR

Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) fire sprinklers are mainly designed to protect warehouses with a variety of high-piled storage, including palletized, solid pile, shelf or rack storage materials. The use of ESPR fire sprinkler heads eliminates the need for in-rack fire sprinkler heads and allows for many storage configurations.

System Upgrades

When occupancies change within an existing building to higher hazard which requires an upgrade of the existing fire protection system. We can provide all pre-construction design parameters to ensure the most cost-effective approach prior to installation.
